Park View in Alverstoke, opened in November 2013 for service users with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and sensory impairment.
Park View is a 10 bedded service and includes 7 beds for clients with learning difficulties and complex health needs for persons aged 18-65 years old. These are on the ground and first floor, together with 3 separate flatlets for those clients that require their own space on the second floor.
Park View is designed to cater for those clients with complex health needs and has been specifically adapted to accommodate wheelchair users including a lift to both upper floors. All the bedrooms have an en-suite wet room and there is also an additional assisted bathroom. There is a large open-plan Living and Dining Room which leads out on to a quiet enclosed garden area with raised bedding.
