History of JNP
With extensive experience of both Electrical Contracting and Construction, Peter Heather formed JNP Developments in 2000. JNP initially traded as a partnership, but in 2012 Peter and eldest son Nick, formed JNP Developments and Investments Limited. The primary function of JNP was to develop and maintain care home facilities for the growth of Dolphin Homes Group and other occasional contracts.
Background
The firm took its name from the first letter of their names and youngest son Jon. JNP now have a large portfolio of developments behind them, principally within the Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey areas.
The company has more recently branched further afield into residential property development, which is an area of the business JNP are looking to develop with the introduction Jon into the business. Together, JNP bring over 90 years of experience in the construction and property industry.
In 2021, JNP moved into a new office headquarters in Havant, along with our sister company Dolphin Homes (which owns and operates our care home division). JNP have designed, constructed and renovated every care home for Dolphin and are immensely proud of our partnership.
