JNP is a creative and innovative construction company that specialises in bespoke small to medium sized developments. Since the company was established in 2000, JNP have been creating high quality homes in both the residential and care home sectors.
Achivements
JNP has built up an enviable reputation for its attention to detail and has a focus of sustainability at its core. All JNP’s new build developments over the last 3 years have been built out of SIPS and from sustainably sourced timber.
In 2021, JNP moved into a new office headquarters in Havant, along with our sister company Dolphin Homes (owner and operator of care homes). JNP are responsible for the planned maintenance of all Dolphin Homes care facilities. This ongoing contract covers 17 properties across Hampshire, West Sussex & Surrey.
We carry out a complete range of decorating, electrical, building and repair work, together with extensive renovations and environmental upgrades.
