Meet the Team
JNP is family-owned business, run by father, Peter and sons, Nick, and Jon Heather. The team have over Ninety year's combined construction experience, having worked on many projects in Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, London, the Home Counties, Midlands and North of England. Our expertise comes from our knowledge of the local area, our contacts, our supply chain, and our team. We only engage in projects where we can truly deliver quality, without compromise. Today, we continue to apply our experience and skills in identifying and unlocking land and property opportunities.
Peter Heather
Formerly an electrical subcontractor, Peter has substantial experience in the development of properties, build contracts and established businesses. Peter project manages the construction of all new build property, which includes construction of our new care homes for our sister company, Dolphin Homes, and residential development schemes of varying size.
Peter works closely with the site delivery team to deliver schemes envisaged at design conception. He values engineers where possible to reduce project costs, but without detriment to the high-quality product JNP have built a reputation for.
Peter also manages the refurbishment of Dolphin Homes existing care home portfolio across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey, as part of a planned management strategy with Dolphin Homes.
Jon Heather
Jon is a Chartered Project Manager with the RICS and joined JNP in 2020. He is responsible for the acquisition, planning, delivery and resale of all JNP’s projects from initial feasibility through to practical completion. Jon also supports Peter with the planned maintenance of Dolphin Homes property portfolio.
Jon also manages the procurement of all new build and refurbishment projects. Jon has a solid background having had over 20 years’ experience of working on a wide range of large capital projects in both the private and public sectors across the UK.
Jon has an enduring passion to help grow the residential development side of the business.
Nick Heather
Nick is the Managing Director of our sister company Dolphin Homes Limited. He has full fiscal responsibility for maintenance of the care and well-being of all the service users. In addition to supervision of 300+ staff, purchasing responsibility, overseeing sales and marketing support.
As a Co-Director of JNP, Nick supports the business through fiscal management, strategic growth planning and implementation.
Nick has had 10 years prior experience in sales and marketing experience in the IT industry, specialising in product and business management. Nick also has experience in account management and business development.
