Care Homes
Our sister company Dolphin Homes was established in 1986. The company was founded by Peter Heather and has subsequently expanded to 17 care homes across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.
Dolphin Homes is a specialist care provider delivering quality care and support for adults with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, physical disabilities, and complex health needs, such as autism and Asperger's syndrome.
After JNP was established in 2000, JNP has been working in partnership with Dolphin Homes ever since. Whilst the people and type of building speciality change and move with the times, JNP's commitment to building and design standards of the highest quality is at the core of what we do. JNP specialise in finding the best solution that realises the best return for Dolphin, whilst ensuring a favourable planning outcome and a viable proposition for JNP.
To date, JNP has successfully renovated, converted, extended, and constructed every one of Dolphin Homes 17 care facilities. These schemes have involved the delivery of over £10 million of care homes and we are immensely proud of Partnership.
Residential
The philosophy of JNP is to select prime locations for each of its developments and design individual properties to visually complement the immediate environment.
